VPN Troubleshooting

Please refer to the below troubleshooting steps if you are experiencing any issues with your VPN
Connection.
Issue 1:

Fix:
1. If you experience the above error when trying to connect to the Aerogen VPN, then please
choose the ‘Cancel’ option.
2. Then choose ‘Advanced options’ from the 3 options shown.

3. Then, choose the option to ‘Clear sign-in info’.

4. Then click the back arrow to go to the main ‘VPN Setting’ Menu again.
5. Try to connect again, using your Username and Password. Please don’t include the
“@aerogen.com” part for your username.
6. To Note: If the above steps don’t work, then please restart your computer.
